You can contact us for anything, we’re always glad to hear from our requestors. For reference, some common comments/questions are:
- Inquiry on the status of a cake request. (Please be aware there may be some time prior to contact with your volunteer. Only when you have been matched with a volunteer will they contact you directly–so response time is variable. You will hear from someone at least 2 days in advance of your request date. - Change of contact information for a submitted cake request.
- Thank your baker. (“thank yous” may be shared on our website and Facebook page. Permission will be requested prior to posting.)
